UAE Travel News : Dubai Rural To Transform as Tourist Attraction by 2040

Expect More Applications for Dubai Tourist Visa by 2040 8 Dec 2022/ T ravel News/Amit Rao Dubai-Rural to Dubai-Urban Dubai's Ruler and Vice President of the UAE, H. H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid approved plans to transform Dubai's rural into tourist attractions like the Dubai Urban Route-1 project. He unveiled plans to transform countryside locations into tourist destinations on his visit to Saih Al Salam village. The Ruler shared the 20-year Dubai rural-to-urban project briefs that align with the Dubai Urban Plan 2040 plan. Sheikh Mohammed has already approved the Project Route-1 for rural development plans enclosing 2,216 square kilometres. The countryside areas that are to turn into tourist paradise are Al Aweer, Al Lisaili, Al Marmoom, Lehbab, and Lehbab, which are within the development scope of Route 1.
