9 HOURS CEASE FIRE FAILS ZALENSKIY SOLEMNS TO AVENGE 

Ukraine President Zelensky, on the lives of family members foregone this Sunday during the 9 hours cease fire, expresses fury and vows to avengement.

During the 9 hours cease fire amid the Ukraine invasion on recent past Sunday, eye witness testify, raining bullets sourcing from the Russian Military at the evacuees killing young family members in Irpin.

The Mayor of Irpin Mr. Markushyn confirms eight members killed during the shelling aimed purposely at the evacuating civilians. He further testifies of witnessing four body falling in front of him, two each, young children and adults.

Some Media affirms bullets to be of Russian Military, recording the dead bodies and their belonging spread over the street. 

Russian President Mr. Putin holds Ukraine Nationalists on this episode.  

Meanwhile, KYIV's Region Military Administration seeks help from the International Agencies to intervene and resolve the perilous human condition in Ukraine.

The Kyiv Regional Military Administration appealed to international organizations for help in resolving a growing humanitarian crisis.

Civilians face deficits in necessities like water, food, electricity and fights against the harsh weather condition.

Pavlo Kyrylenko - Governor, Donetsk Region on his social media (FB) confirms that no evacuation could happen during the 9 hours cease fire. The evacuees transit limited within the Mariupol border due heavy shelling by the Russian forces.

The transports loaded with necessity aid from Zaporizhzhiaaid is still awaited to reach its destination, which is just 3 hours from Mariupol. 

RUSSIAN-UKRAINE - THE INVASION DAMAGES 

• Donetsk-Mariupol Gas line damaged by the Russian occupants in Ukraine (SE) - Means to warm in cold, phases out for the civilians, estimated temperature (-0 degrees).

• The United States confirms Russia behind the killing of civilians during 9 hours cease fire.

• Russia fires 600 missiles since the inception of invasion within Ukraine 

Airport Rocketed - The Vynnytsia Airport is no more as its been vapoured by the Russian rocket, conforms Volodymyr Zelensky - Ukraine President, and expresses concern of similar peril for Odessa Sea port. He underlines the comforting attributes of Odessa which even the Russians liked, but now plans to destroy it, and terms it as WAR CRIME.

Zelensky, who appealed NATO and US imposing a no-fly zone over Ukraine, again appeals for the same after assessing the fate of Vynnytsia's airport.

The US and EU, after speculating the cons, concludes pulling out President Zelensky along with his associates from KYIV, and have a new Government in Poland.

But Zelensky refuses of such suggestions and rather seeks military aid. 

Zelensky asks the Eastern Europe to provide fighter jets to enable Ukraine forces to resists the Russians. 

Ukraine already received militia-equips from 14 countries which includes rare defensives that US ever provided any nation before.

Putin claimed Saturday that Russia had almost completed the destruction of Ukrainian air defence systems, and added that Western sanctions were the "equivalent of a declaration of war."
