Roman Starovoit – the Governor of Kursk region announced
the less broadcasted news about the Ukrainian terrorist attacks on civilian regions
of the Russian Border. The Governor of the Kursk region announced the
mortar shelling of the border checkpoint from Ukraine and affirms that the
Russian Military and the Russian Border Patrol Guards stabilized the situation.

- Governor of Kursk Region, today April 23 announced that the Ukrainian fired at
the border checkpoint of Glushkovsky District. Fire broke out in Rosselkhnadzor’s
premises due to the mortar shelling from the Ukraine forces. He affirms that
there were no casualties nor death and situation in under control there. It is
not the first time that the Kursk region received shelling from the Ukrainian,
rather such event happened before since the start of Ukraine Invasion.
The Ukraine forces shelled an area near to Korenevsky
district which was an agricultural region on April 13, and on April 9, they
fired at the border post near to the village area of Elizavetovka.
The Governor of
Kursk also mentioned about the April-5th shelling by the Ukrainians at
the border checkpoint areas, but shelling couldn’t reach as the distance beyond
the shelling range to hit the targets.
A village in
Tetkino was under fire due to Ukraine shelling on March-29th and
February-24th.
Owing to the number of attacks by the Ukraine in
the region of Kursk, that it was declared a yellow level terrorist threat
region since April-11th and onwards. High level terrorist activities
were, and are experienced in the regions that lie in and around the Russian
border. The entire population belt is tagged as the yellow threat level region
in Kursk.

The
Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation: the Mi-8 helicopter that
attacked the village of Klimovo in the Bryansk region was shot down.
Another incidence of Ukraine’s attack was reported in Bryansk region. Alexander Bogomaz Bryansk’s Governor testifies that the pilots are the witness of the Ukraine Mi-8 hellicopter attacking Klimovo, a peaceful civilian population in Bryansk region on April-14th. Later, Russia evened their difference by shooting down the Ukrainian Mi-8 helicopter by its S-400 anti-aircraft missile system which mercilessly fired at the civilian region – confirms Igor Konashenkov – Official Representative of the Ministry of Defense of Russian Federation.
