Not much and not many may be aware of the prisoner exchanges between Russia and Ukraine, here it is, read below.

Tatyana Moskalkova – Human Rights Commissioner in Russia affirmed the media about the at par-86 exchange of prisoners' between KIEV and MOSCOW.

She also confirmed that the exchange dropped at the eleventh for the four Rosatom officials in Ukraine

Earlier, Moskalkova promised to check the list of Crimean officers allegedly held captive in Ukraine and allegedly not subject to exchange.
