MOSCOW, May 19 reports TASS - The Council under the President of the Russian Federation for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights (HRC) sent to international organizations and foreign politicians another collection of materials about the crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the national battalions against the civilian population, the documents emphasize that the Ukrainian army uses terrorist methods.
Another documents and material facts about the war crimes of the Ukraine Armed Forces during Russian Invasion were sent by the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights (HRC).
According to the HRC Telegram channel on Thursday, the permanent commission of the Council for International Cooperation in the Field of Human Rights continues to process new data on the crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the national battalions against civilians in Donbass and Ukraine. The Council began to send abroad the fifth collection of materials on this topic, the report says. In particular, materials are sent to international organizations, foreign embassies, personally to politicians, diplomats, journalists and public figures.
"Terrorist methods of warfare have become the norm for the Ukrainian army.
