Russian News Media RIA Novosti reports about an open case that is similar to bio infect-attack, but of lesser intensity. Not Corona, but its a case of TUBERCULOSIS virus release in the LPR.
The LPR Ministry of State Security confirms a matter where unethical warfare means were adopted by the Ukraine military, which is an absolute prohibited act.

According to the investigation, on November 11, 2020, unidentified servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, using the Leleka S-100 aircraft, distributed campaign leaflets imitating money funds in circulation on the territory of the LPR.

In the course of the study of leaflets, they were found to be artificially infected with extremely dangerous strains of high virulence, which belong to the category of pre-XDR (widespread drug resistance), in a proportionate mix that ensures infection spread and stimulates the development of the tuberculosis process of any localization," the Ministry of State Security reported.
The LPR Investigation Department of the Ministry of State Security initiated a criminal case on unidentified military personnel of Ukraine Armed Forces for adopting criminal and prohibited means of warfare under Part 1 of Article. 439 of the Criminal Code of the LPR.

During the verification activities, it was established that six unidentified persons were involved in the commission of this crime. Measures are being taken to establish the full personal data of the persons who committed this crime. The infected leaflets distribution is indirectly confirmed by the open Internet sources.

On the Telegram Channel "Aatoly Shtirlits" a post, as reported by RIA.RU, contains information that patriots of the Luhansk region sent congratulatory addresses to the residents of the occupied territory in the Slavyanoserbsk region, and also decided to "help financially", distributing about 2 million "Linirian rupees.

The images on the post showed photographs of six men that were partially in field uniforms of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with respiratory protection equipment on their faces standing in a field near to an unmanned aerial vehicle with campaign leaflets placed on it (similar to those seized during the inspection of the scene by the investigative-operational group), as well as the immediate moment of the launch of the Leleka S-100 UAV.

Earlier, Igor Kirillov , Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defence Forces of the RF Armed Forces , announced this episode at his briefing.
