RUSSIA OPTS FOR DIRECT SUBMISSION OF MATERIAL FACTS TO UNSC
The Permanent Representative to the United Nation for Russia Mr. Nebenzya affirms, submitting the materials that relates to Russian accusation of Military Biological carried out in Ukraine, as the relevant and associated material collections are collected.

emphasize on submission of military bio-materials to the United Nations Security
Council for a detailed investigation in finding out the bio-traces that
substantiates Ukraine indulgence in the secret formulation of bio-virus to be
used against Russia. According to Russia, Ukraine in collaboration with other
nations has an underground set-up to engage in virus-weaponizing, a defensive
& offensive tactical means against Russia.
"We have already built up a significant
amount of material directly pointing to a violation by the US of the Biological
and Toxin Weapons Convention. "We
continue to collect and analyze these materials." confirmed Russian
Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya.

Owing to the fact that the United States fails to revert-co-operate on the underground bio-facility set-up in Ukraine, Russia strategize to invoke Articles 5 and 6 of the BTWC (Biological Weapons Convention) that options submission of material facts & evidence directly to the UNSC (UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL)
Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya assures an early submission of the material facts as soon the collection procedures completes to the UNSC (UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL)

activities that threaten international peace and security, and hold the perpetrators
accountable."
